Pak West Gives Back

Pak West recently became an official donor of the You Run This Town Foundation. The You Run This Town Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit public charity that is focused on positively influencing the youth throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

“This foundation is committed to developing the next generation of leaders by providing scholarships to graduating seniors and current college students who possess good academic standing and have a desire to create a better community and positive life path, explained Mike Molinari, Pak West Director of Sales and Operations.

Pak West was inspired to make a sizeable donation to this foundation after seeing the encouragement it provides local youth to excel in the classroom and pursue higher education. The foundation’s mission is “to develop the next generation of leaders by providing enrichment programs to at-risk youths and scholarships to graduating high school seniors and current college students who show good academic standing and aspiration to create a better community.”

“We are proud to be involved with the You Run This Town Foundation,” stated Molinari. “A significant portion of the youth influenced by this foundation reside right here in Santa Ana and could potentially be a part of our work force in the future. Supporting this foundation helps with the future of our community and our country.”

To show their support, Pak West became a sponsor of the foundation’s Make a Difference Scholarship Gala. Scholarships will be presented at the gala to graduating students from the different schools and organizations with which the foundation partners. These partners include: Jefferson High School, St. Anthony High School, Wilmington Middle School, Shalimar Teen Center, and the Carson Sheriff’s Station. Pak West is honored to support such an exceptional and valuable resource for today’s youth.
